Gut Reset is a daily prebiotic fibre blend, with probiotics designed to support gut health and the gut-skin connection. It combines science-backed ingredients that feed beneficial gut bacteria, support digestive balance, and promote clearer skin from within.

Start slowly
For the first 5–7 days, begin with ½ scoop (approximately 6 g) once daily to allow your digestive system to gradually adjust to the increased fibre intake.

Build to a full serving
Once comfortable, increase to 1 full scoop (approximately 12 g) daily.

Mix it your way
Mix with 250–300 ml of water, juice or your preferred drink, then shake or blend well. You can also add Gut Reset to a smoothie, yoghurt bowl, overnight oats or other meals.

Because Gut Reset is naturally high in fibre, the mixture may thicken as it sits. For the smoothest consistency, add liquid first, Gut Reset second, mix well and enjoy shortly after preparing.

There’s no perfect time. We love making it part of a morning routine, but consistency matters more than timing. Take it whenever it fits naturally into your day.

Remember your fluids
When increasing your fibre intake, make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day.

Listen to your body
Everyone responds differently to an increase in fibre. If you experience temporary bloating or digestive discomfort, reduce the serving and increase more gradually.

Due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. Refunds are issued once the return has been approved and received.
