1. Delivery Areas
Lumière currently delivers to:

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During peak periods (pre-launch, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Times
Approximate delivery timelines:
Denmark

GLS / PostNord: 1–3 business days
EU Countries

Standard EU Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery time depends on your local carrier and customs processing (if applicable).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Denmark: 39 DKK (free over 299 DKK – optional)

EU: €7(free over €50 – optional))
5. Customs, Duties & VAT
For EU customers, VAT is included in the product price.
No additional customs duties apply within the EU Single Market.
For customers outside the EU (future expansion), import charges may apply according to your local regulations.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 72 hours, please contact us.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to:

Failure to collect the parcel
The customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, you are protected under EU consumer rights.
